We are pleased to announce our annual Scholarship Essay Contest! 

Current students as well as non-academy students of any age can win SIX MONTHS OF FREE LESSONS. Here's how:

-Write a one page, handwritten or typed (double spaced) essay titled "Why Studying Music or Dance at Ballard Academy is Important to Me"
-Submit your essay IN PERSON by DECEMBER 8TH, 2011

An outside panel will judge the essays, and pick one student for Dance classes and one for private Music lessons. Dance class winner gets one age-appropriate dance class a week from January to June 2012. Music class winner gets one age-appropriate group music class or 30 minute private lesson a week from January to June 2012. These prizes are subject to space scheduling availability. 

Awards will be announced at the end of our December Recitals!

You do not need to present at the recital to win, but we encourage you to attend!
