Come to our Music Theory Lab this month Thursday, May 17th from 6:30-7:30pm and make up for any lost time in your private music lessons!

This lab is hosted by John Coons and is appropriate for all ages. Call us to sign up or if you have any questions!

Academy instructors Judd, Clark and Colt will perform friday evening, 4/13 at 7pm at the Ballard Academy. Admission is free! Come join us for some awesome guitar playing and singing along with some cool electronic music!

Missed a private music lesson this month? Come to our Make Up Theory Lab!

This month's Theory Lab will be Wednesday, January 25th from 5pm-6pm.

Students will practice music theory in a fun and engaging enviornment- a great way to keep up when you've missed a lesson!

It is snowing in Ballard, and it is expected to continue through the evening. The Seattle School Disctrict is cancelling school & afterschool activities, so we feel its best to do the same. Per our policy on cancellations due to inclement weather, we will add an extra day of classes to the end of our school year in June.

We are open for all classes Monday, January 16th (Martin Luther King Day). If weather becomes a problem, we will notify students via email and update our website to alert you of closures. In the event of a school closure, Ballard Academy will add an extra Snow Day Make Up to the end of our school year in June.

In January, we will be launching our first Saturday dance classes! Check out the listing below, and let us know if you want to register. We think these classes are gonna fill up fast!
